Struggs to Funcc- JVN
I really did not think I would make it this week but I am just going to give myself a little pat on the shoulder for pushing myself to write this and if you’re reading this you should also give yourself a pat because I am sure you deserve it. Okay, enough with the pleasantries let’s dive into it:
Articles:
This week had already started badly when a massive earthquake shook Turkey and Syria. To make matters worse when I started reading about earthquakes and how can we safeguard people from them, it became even more gloomy. No scientist to date has ever been able to predict an earthquake and probably will not be able to in the future. Can we predict earthquakes and save lives? A short answer: No.Â
I have always been an eternal homebody, I have been working from home since before working from home became a thing and I did not think I was missing out on much but there are apparently psychological benefits of commuting to work something about liminal spaces and such. Read more.Â
While working on my portfolio and newsletter, I have used Dall-E-2 quite a lot but each and every time pictures which involved hands and feet, had dismorphed limbs, I thought this was just happening with what I was generating but more people have been asking the same question and this is why it happens.Â
Podcasts and Tv Shows:
I’ve been diving a lot into period dramas lately and I re-started watching The Empress on Netflix, earlier on I was not a fan of the show. Still, the more I watched the more it grew on me, they have done a decent job of capturing the personality of Empress Sisi and if the show inspires you to know more about her, we just need to ask The History Chicks who have done not one, not two but three episodes on her.
That’s it for today, it's been a week and too much. What have you all been consuming? Please do share in the comments below.
